This Privacy Statement explains how Sky Distribution Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “the Organiser”) collects, receives, uses, stores and discloses personal information in connection with the Anchor Mid-Autumn SF Express Direct Mail Lucky Draw 2026 (“Promotion”).
For the purposes of this Promotion, Sky Distribution Group Ltd is the agency collecting and holding personal information received for Promotion administration.

For each Eligible Purchase, the relevant retailer may assist in registering the corresponding valid SF Express waybill / tracking number(s) for the relevant weekly Lucky Draw. Information used to administer the Promotion may then be received from SF Express or relevant distribution / sales channels rather than directly from you.
Depending on the information made available and reasonably required to administer the Promotion, this may include:
- SF Express waybill / tracking number;
- product description and quantity;
- order, purchase, shipment date and/or time information;
- relevant distributor, retailer, sales channel or order-account information;
- information recording that a customer has chosen not to participate in the Promotion; and
- other limited information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or allocate a waybill to the correct weekly draw.
Where a single Eligible Purchase generates multiple valid SF Express waybill numbers, each registered and eligible waybill number is treated as a separate entry for the relevant weekly draw.
The SF Express waybill / tracking number is the primary identifier used to conduct the weekly draws. Identity-document information collected by a retailer or SF Express for normal shipping or customs purposes is not required to determine entries or select winners and will not be used for those purposes.
We aim to use only the minimum personal information reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.

每周抽奖主要以顺丰运单号 / 快递单号作为识别信息。门店或顺丰因正常物流或清关需要而收集的身份证件相关信息，并非确定抽奖记录或抽取中奖运单号所必需的信息，亦不会用于上述目的。
我们将尽量仅使用执行本活动所合理必要的最少个人信息。
3. Information Collected from Winners | 向中奖者收集的信息
If your waybill number is selected as a potential winning entry and you contact the Organiser, or respond to a prize notification from the relevant sales channel or retailer, we may collect additional information directly from you or, where reasonably necessary, receive it from the relevant channel or retailer for prize verification and fulfilment.
This may include:
- your name;
- contact details;
- the full SF Express waybill / tracking number corresponding to the winning entry;
- purchase receipt, order record or other proof of the Eligible Purchase;
- information reasonably required to verify your eligibility; and
- New Zealand delivery or collection information reasonably required to provide the prize.
If you do not provide information reasonably required for verification or prize fulfilment, we may be unable to confirm the winning entry or provide the prize.

Personal information relating to this Promotion may be collected or received:
- directly from you when you contact us or claim a prize;
- from the relevant retailer that assists with waybill registration or records your choice not to participate;
- from SF Express in connection with Eligible Purchases and relevant direct-mail waybills;
- from relevant distributors, retailers or sales channels where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify an Eligible Purchase, notify a winner or fulfil a prize; and
- from service providers assisting us with administration of the Promotion.
The relevant retailer may provide you with the campaign notice, this Privacy Statement or a link / QR code to it at or around the time of purchase. This is intended to make you aware that Sky Distribution Group Ltd may receive personal information indirectly from SF Express and relevant distribution / sales channels for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.

5. Why We Collect and Use the Information | 信息使用目的
We may use personal information collected or received in connection with this Promotion to:
- register and administer eligible SF Express waybill entries;
- record and give effect to a participant’s choice not to participate in the Promotion;
- allocate each registered and eligible waybill to the correct weekly draw;
- conduct the weekly Lucky Draws using eligible waybill numbers;
- verify selected winning entries;
- prevent duplicate waybill entries, fraudulent participation or invalid claims;
- publish weekly winning waybill information in a limited and privacy-conscious form;
- provide relevant winning waybill information to the corresponding sales channel or retailer so that they may identify and contact the winner using information they already hold;
- communicate with winners and administer prize claims;
- arrange prize collection or delivery within New Zealand;
- respond to enquiries, complaints or disputes relating to the Promotion;
- maintain appropriate records relating to administration of the Promotion; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information collected for the Promotion will not be used for unrelated direct marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive such marketing.

6. Winner Information Published on the Landing Page | 中奖信息公布
To allow participants to check weekly draw results while protecting personal information, the Organiser will publish only a partially masked SF Express waybill / tracking number for each winning entry.
The masking format may be adjusted where reasonably necessary to ensure that each winning entry remains distinguishable within the relevant weekly announcement.
We will not publish a winner’s full name, phone number, address, full tracking number or purchase documentation unless the winner has separately agreed to that disclosure or disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.

- authorised employees or representatives of the Organiser;
- SF Express for eligibility, waybill or order verification;
- relevant distributors, retailers or sales channels for waybill registration, opt-out administration, purchase verification, winner notification or prize fulfilment;
- service providers assisting with website hosting, campaign administration, communications or prize fulfilment;
- professional advisers where reasonably necessary; and
- government authorities, regulators or law enforcement agencies where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Following a winner announcement, we may provide the full winning waybill number to the corresponding sales channel and/or retailer so that they can identify the relevant order and contact the winner using contact information they already hold.
We will only provide information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. We do not sell personal information collected through this Promotion.

- administer and complete the Promotion, including registration and opt-out records;
- verify and fulfil prizes;
- resolve enquiries, complaints or disputes;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy or de-identify it.
